By accessing and using ConnectCard ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
ConnectCard provides digital business card services that allow users to create, customize, and share their professional contact information via NFC-enabled cards and web profiles.

You retain ownership of content you upload to your profile. By uploading content, you grant ConnectCard a license to display and distribute that content as part of the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand our data practices.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
ConnectCard products are sold as a one-time card purchase that includes 12 months of digital service. Current pricing is as follows:
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. ConnectCard does not store your full credit card details.
Each card purchase includes 12 months of digital service at no additional cost. After the initial 12-month period, a subscription is required to maintain your digital profile, analytics dashboard, and QR code functionality. Subscription pricing is:
For Team Pack purchases, the subscription applies per card (e.g. 5 cards × $4.99/month = $24.95/month, or 5 cards × $49.99/year = $249.95/year). You may choose your preferred billing cycle (monthly or annual) during checkout.
Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You will receive an email reminder before your first subscription charge begins.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:
You may reactivate your subscription at any time to restore your digital profile.
Due to the custom nature of our products, card purchases are generally non-refundable once production has commenced. If your card arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement.
Subscription charges are non-refundable for the current billing period, but you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
ConnectCard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
